My "take" on the 26-50 acre Sales in Gillespie County is that it is still a Buyer's Market situation. That said, many Sellers in Gillespie County choose to hold on to their inventory rather than discount. Sellers are hearing about an improving market and there is a good "feel" to it, but it still has a ways to go before it turns over to a Seller's market.
